We accept returns of the following categories: clothing, bags, and shoes in wrong sizes / defects / error caused by seller only.
Your return must get consent with us before send. And it should reach us within 5 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number.
Seller has final authority over the exchange/return decision.
Exclusions
Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Condition of item(s)
Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact.
We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
Defect(s)
Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
Reimbursement & processing time
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders. Delivery fees or custom duties/taxes, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 business days from when we receive it.

We are unable to facilitate exchanges for all International orders at the moment.
Received a defective item?
We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item! :(
Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us a message here within 3 days from the date of delivery with the following info:
1. Your Order Reference
2. The product name of the defected item
3. Photo of the defect
Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
*Variation of 1 inch in measurements will not be counted as a defect.
*Seller has final authority over determination of defects.
